Care Team

Our team cares for people in times of need. They provide hospital visits, prayer, meals, encouraging texts, etc. If you have a need, the care team wants to try and fill it!

Coffee Team

The Coffee team is here to create a welcoming environment where people can connect over a cup of coffee. This team is great at hospitality and seeks to make others feel at home by providing some simple comfort.

Connection Team

Our team assists people in taking their next steps toward being connected at The Gathering by helping them join a small group or serve on the Dream Team.

Creative Team 

Our team puts together creative elements including graphics for series, videos and print materials. We collaborate with others and meet regularly to utilize our creative gifts. We are photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and makers.

Events Team

The Events Team serves at church-wide events and special occasions by setting up decorations, hosting activities, and facilitating meals and snacks.

Greeter Team

The Greeter team is here to create a welcoming environment by making people feel seen and known. This team works to create a family feel and make sure no one gets overlooked or feels lost.

Kids Ministry Team

Our team exists to gather kids around Jesus and one another. Each week we work to create a safe, gospel focused, and fun environment that connects the whole family.

Parking Team

Our team serves as the first impression for those coming to The Gathering by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience.

Our team provides prayer covering for services, teams and ministries at The Gathering.

Our team assists in the production of the overall worship experience, using lights, cameras, and other visual elements.

Safety Team

The safety team is dedicated to ensuring the well-being of everyone at our facility by responding swiftly to emergencies. This may include providing basic first aid, managing security incidents, or addressing safety hazards.

The Setup team works behind the scenes to transform our spaces into a place for people to experience Jesus in community with others!

Our team exists to gather students around Jesus and one another, helping them discover who they are because of who he is. This team will be launching soon.

Tear Down Team

The Tear Down Team supports the weekend services as we wrap up the day. This team steps in at the end and carries us across the finish line. The goal of the tear down team is to turn the school, back into a school by packing away our equipment and decor and loading up on the trailer. We always seek to leave the space better than we found it!
