WHAT TO EXPECT
First Time Guest
For your first time checking in at Gather Kids we will have a station at the entrance of our kids hall with a volunteer who will help you fill out necessary information to safely check your children in.
On your first visit, we ask for the following personal information: parent/legal guardian names, children’s names & birthdates, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child. This info is entered into our Gather Kids database to help maintain our secure check-in system & our parent page system.
You can pre-register your children to help speed up the check-in process when you arrive!
All of our volunteers are background checked and trained before working with kids in the classroom. We use a security check-in system with a personal number for each child that will appear on the screen in the main auditorium if there is ever a need to reach you. This number is also what we use to check children out after class.
